Terms of Service for POST REPORTS

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of POST REPORTS, a protected social media reporting service operated by NET ADVANCE EOOD.

2. The service

POST REPORTS retrieves authorised Facebook Page and Instagram professional account content and performance information through Meta’s APIs and presents it in protected client dashboards.

The service may include reporting for Facebook posts, Instagram posts, Reels and archived Instagram Stories. Available functions and metrics depend on Meta’s APIs, permissions and current platform capabilities.

3. Eligibility and authorised use

POST REPORTS is intended for NET ADVANCE clients, authorised representatives and NET ADVANCE personnel. Users must:

  • use only the account issued or approved for them;

  • keep login credentials confidential;

  • access only reports they are authorised to view;

  • provide accurate information;

  • comply with applicable law, Meta’s terms and these Terms.

Users may not share access credentials, attempt to access another client’s report, interfere with the service, reverse engineer security controls, collect information through automated means without authorisation or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Authority over connected accounts

The client confirms that it owns, manages or is otherwise authorised to grant NET ADVANCE access to the connected Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the permissions and business asset assignments provided through Meta Business tools are lawful and accurate.

5. Accounts and security

Access to each report is controlled through a WordPress user account. The client must promptly notify NET ADVANCE if credentials are lost, disclosed or used without authorisation.

NET ADVANCE may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the service, connected accounts, clients or third parties.

6. Data and reporting accuracy

POST REPORTS displays information supplied by Meta. Metrics may be delayed, revised, limited, unavailable or calculated differently from metrics displayed in Facebook, Instagram or Meta Business Suite.

NET ADVANCE does not guarantee that:

  • every Meta metric will always be available;

  • values will be updated in real time;

  • Meta will use the same definitions across its interfaces;

  • historical data will remain available indefinitely;

  • expired Stories published before Story archiving was activated can be recovered.

Aggregated reach values may count the same person or account across more than one content item and should not be interpreted as unique campaign-level reach.

7. Instagram Stories

Active Instagram Stories may be checked periodically and archived for reporting. Story capture depends on WordPress scheduled tasks, website activity, Meta API availability and the permissions granted to the application.

NET ADVANCE does not guarantee that every Story or every final Story metric will be captured. Clients should not use POST REPORTS as their only archive of original creative files.

8. Intellectual property

Clients retain their rights in content belonging to them. Facebook, Instagram, Meta names, interfaces and related rights belong to Meta or their respective owners.

POST REPORTS, its software, design and reporting interface are owned by NET ADVANCE or used under applicable licences. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, maintain, suspend or discontinue parts of POST REPORTS. The service may be affected by:

  • Meta API changes or outages;

  • permission or access-token expiration or revocation;

  • hosting, network or software maintenance;

  • changes to connected business assets;

  • legal or security requirements.

10. Third-party services

POST REPORTS relies on Meta services and other technical providers. Use of Facebook and Instagram remains subject to Meta’s applicable terms and policies. NET ADVANCE is not responsible for third-party platforms outside its control.

11. Confidentiality

Users must treat non-public reports, credentials, client information and performance data as confidential and may use them only for the agreed business purpose.

12. Fees

Any fees for POST REPORTS or related agency services are governed by the applicable agreement or commercial offer between NET ADVANCE and the client.

13. Suspension and termination

NET ADVANCE may suspend or terminate access where:

  • the client relationship ends;

  • a user breaches these Terms;

  • payment obligations under a separate agreement are not met;

  • Meta permissions are withdrawn;

  • continued access creates a legal, security or operational risk.

Upon termination, access may be disabled and stored reporting data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NET ADVANCE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss caused by inaccurate or delayed third-party data, Meta platform changes, unauthorised credential sharing or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Privacy

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, applicable law or third-party platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the latest version.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
