Data Deletion Instructions for POST REPORTS
Users and authorised representatives may request deletion of information processed through POST REPORTS.
How to submit a deletion request
Send an email to:

POST REPORTS – Data Deletion Request
Please include:

your name;
-
your organisation or client name;
-
the email address associated with your POST REPORTS WordPress account;

the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account concerned;
-
a clear description of the information you want deleted;
-
confirmation that you are authorised to act for the relevant organisation or account.
Do not send passwords, Meta access tokens or other sensitive credentials by email.
Verification
To prevent unauthorised deletion, NET ADVANCE may request reasonable information to verify your identity, your WordPress account and your authority over the relevant client or connected Meta asset.
What we can delete
Where applicable, a verified request may result in deletion of:

the requester’s POST REPORTS WordPress account or access assignment;
-
the client report configuration;
-
locally archived Instagram Story media and metrics;
-
cached Facebook or Instagram reporting data;
-
stored Meta access credentials controlled by NET ADVANCE, where the entire connection is being terminated;
-
other personal information processed specifically through POST REPORTS, unless retention is required by law.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge a valid request within seven business days and complete deletion within 30 days. If additional time is required because of the complexity or scope of the request, we will inform the requester as required by applicable law.
Information held by Meta
Deletion from POST REPORTS does not delete the original Facebook or Instagram account, Page, post, Reel, Story, comment, message or insight held by Meta.
To remove information controlled by Meta, use the settings and privacy tools provided by Facebook or Instagram. You may also remove or revoke an application through the relevant Meta account or business settings.

Legal retention
NET ADVANCE may retain limited information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or demonstrate that a deletion request was completed.
